For a long time, Children from the undeveloped area in Taiwan are facing an apparent lack of public attention as well as art education.
Based on the spirit of happiness, this project aimed to narrow the alienation between rural children and the public by awakening people's awareness about the rural-urban gap of aesthetic education. Children were encouraged to express their vision of happiness by creativity in the art workshops. Afterwards, as communication intermediary, artworks were designed into unique products which would be used to exchange the happiness stories with the public by a happiness vending machine.
