Public Rain Gear / An equipment by the road

When you are away from the house, heavy rain come down from the sky, but you don't bring an umbrella with you, it would be great if you could borrow an umbrella quickly and easily, don’t it? For this idea, I want to set rain gear rental points in the bus stations and bicycle rental points where citizen can borrow raincoats and umbrellas. So that pedestrians and riders can borrow umbrellas or raincoats as soon as possible. Every raincoat and umbrella have an exclusive code which could be identified. Users can use cards (such as bus card and bike loan card) to borrow rain gears.
