Emergency water ball

There are 72 hours, the so-called “Golden Window” to rescue the victim when the earthquake happened. But most of the victims are stocked under the destroyed construction, can’t be rescued immediately.
When the survivors be gotten by the life detectors, they couldn’t be saved at once usually. To increase the probability of surviving of victims, pour a large number of Emergency Water Balls into the debris to serve victims the basic water requirement, extending victims’ survival rate in the emergency situation.
