Sauce canister

In Chinese world there are many sauces that are difficult to tell by eye since they are similar in color. Every time we use them, we have to open the lid and smell in order to tell what sauce it is, not a sanitary way.

Many caster designs allow sauce to drip and casters become sticky due to the sauce. The Sauce canister is designed to have diatomite to absorb moisture and smell at the opening. The diatomite absorbs dripping sauce and the smell of the sauce, which in turn allow Chinese, who are used to tell the sauces by smell, for a sanitary and elegant way to smell the sauce in the diatomite.
