Taiwan's choices in ingredients are rich and diverse, resulting in many unique dishes. We aim to promote Taiwan's delicacies, and promote the ideal of "global localization". By personifying the food, we will introduce local Taiwanese dishes, their ingredient source and production process.
"Eating locally and in season is more environmentally friendly" is a way of supporting the growth of local agricultural economic development and at the same time promoting "global localization" through the use of native ingredients as the main ingredients in Taiwanese gourmet.
