SaLid / Lid (products)

SaLid
SaLid

To cook aromatic Iranian rice, it's vital to remove water steam from the pot at the last phase of cooking process. This has been done till now traditionally by a fabric based product called 'Damkoni'. We took advantage of antibacterial, high water absorbing features of Bamboo fibre and designed a pot/pan Lid to meet this need not only for Iranian people to have a more hygienic and modern object in their modern kitchens, but also help people interested in oriental foods in all over the world to get to the best result. By using activated carbon, this Lid can also remove the unpleasant smell of cooking materials.
