Soup 'n' Soul is a new drinkable soup which increases the choice of healthy, fast food options and combines it with a unique service model. Made by baristas using existing café equipment, the consumer can create their own soup and enjoy a memorable service experience. The objective was to become a meaningful fast food experience in the lives of busy professionals. This is a novel fast food experience, that brings Saarioinen a whole new market and service business model. Using a LiveLab method, this project not only delivers a holistic CX, but also creates a new and innovative product service model for Saarioinen.
