The LeanFit mounting system gives an outlook on the future of collaboration between man and machine in modern assembly lines. The sensitive robotic technology perceives the worker and avoids any danger to the human. This system is used for the assembly process of car doors. The robot takes the load and the worker brings the individual accuracy. The design focuses on user ergonomics and the implementation of strict MRK guidelines. The volume-reduced design offers good sight on the door position and screw points of the hinges. A combination of 3D joystick, enable switch and robot user interface gives total control in any work situation.
