The association kreaB (Basel Creative Industry Alliance) was formed in January of 2016 as a grassroots advocacy organization for the creative sector in Basel. The creative industry in Basel is grouped into 13 sub-sectors whose interests are equally represented by kreaB. The kreaB logo elegantly integrates the number 13 by forming the capital B with the digits 1 and 3. The visual language used throughout the Tour de Création event plays on the different themes of the contributing sub-sectors: objects attributed to the work of different ateliers are conjoined, yet kept distinctive through different colors.
