In a small space, the challenge is always to make the space both functional as well as comfortable and livable. Our space integrates the original two indoor heights (3.6 m and 4.2 m) to yield a new, multi-layered design, which encompasses a spacious open area. The extended wooded corridor smartly incorporates a series of functions, and the rectangular structures facilitate a living area that allows for a variety of uses.

This project applies smart design principles to make effective use of (small) spaces, generating a harmonious three-dimensional space with room for family communication or privacy, depending on individual needs. By giving ample attention to details, materiality and color, the concept creates a spatial and functional flexibility. Natural light reinforces the character of the architectural quality achieved in the design of such small dimension.
