Sanya Peninsula Clubhouse / Clubhouse

The clubhouse is exclusive for the residences of CITIC Peninsula Estate. We solved the problem of a low decoration budget and lack of suitable spaces for the lobby and entrance. Our solution involved connecting individual spaces to create larger ones to create multi-functional leisure areas for its users. This clubhouse is worthy of this award because it effectively allocates space and successfully modifies the previous arrangement to create a novel design. Furthermore, it emulates the Neo-Chinese style with just low cost materials. No similar clubhouse has been crafted with the same great challenges.
