In China, due to the cooking habits, fume is the biggest problem in the kitchen. The Targa uses a 15-degree forward-around-type oil fume gathering cavity, with the left and right smoke vent creating a negative pressure zone to enhance the pressure. Its oil fume suction rates up to 99%. The super-low suction effect can completely suck oil fume before it rises and diffuses. Thus, the oil fume does not pass through the user’s face, which significantly reduces oil fume damage on the respiratory tract and skin. The bionic lotus nano coatings can achieve self-cleaning. The distinguishing geometric architecture of the hood is inspired by the convertible coupe.
