ONEder board / cutting board

ONEder board
ONEder board

A cutting board suitable for
cutting with one hand
The project aims to help people that can only use one hand in the process of basic food preparation, like cutting fruit and vegetables, spreading butter or moving the content of the board to a plate.

The board offers a method of cutting in half globular or elongated shaped fruit or vegetables, making the rest of the cutting process much stabler and easier with no need for
another hand to hold the object in place.
My goal was to make a desirable universal object that can benefit all users, while using sustainable materials in a smart
and aesthetic way.
