Posturepillar / Posture correction

Posturepillar
Posturepillar

The task of Posturepillar is to improve awareness of incorrect posture using smart garment with haptic feedback ability. It was decided to use air pressure and balloon like shape to give haptic feedback to gradually correct the posture. The final prototype have band-aid surface and will be sticked on patient's back. By inflating it bends in opposite side from the back, therefore guiding patient to come back to the right posture. Haptic feedback here is taken in much more natural approach - like a pushing hand of therapist.
