P.A.T.T. / Anxiety Assistive Device

P.A.T.T.
P.A.T.T.

An anxiety disorder sparks a level of fear that paralyzes an individual. This keeps them from being able to get through normal everyday activities. It is one of the most common mental illnesses.

PATT, offers the user a chance to gain self confidence and control. At first, the user can use the coping mechanisms, such as controlled breathing vibrations and fiddling, to calm themselves in the short term. Next, the user can pair the product with its app and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) where they can track negative tendencies, gain self-awareness, and then set goals with their counsellor.
