When walking on smooth grounds or slopes using crutches, people often slip due to the too small contact area between crutch bottoms and the ground. In our design, area of the crutch bottoms is increased and thus friction force between the crutches and the ground is increased. In addition, flexibility of the bottoms is increased by a universal shaft structure, so that the crutches are improved in flexibility and stability and people can get better experience when using them.
