When we take public transportation vehicles, we need to hold the handle for safety concern. Millions of people use public transportation in a day. Hygienic issue deserved more attention. A handle without routine infection may make passengers hesitate to use. A well-disinfected handle could rise the willing to use. This design introduce infrared radiation to detect hands and spray anti-bacterial agents after the hands leave, leaving a well-cleaned handle for the next user to hold on.
