The correct use of condom can reduce the possibility of AIDS infection by 99.9% and that of gonorrhea by 85%. However, due to regional and cultural difference, people have prejudiced and poor knowledge of sex. 1 Most people don’t know the fact that the small ballonet at the top of condom used to store semen should be pinched flat before use. This will guard against the thermal expansion of air in the ballonet and ensure the semen will flow out along the penis base during ejaculation. 2 They can’t make a distinction between the right side and the wrong side. The above-mentioned two aspects will unexceptionally weaken the safe use of condom.
