In this times of lacking reunion, having a BBQ has turned out to be the base of our link. However, there are various problems that have been bothering us in barbecuing. For example, while barbecuing the meat, the oil it secretes may drop into the charcoal fire to cause and emit a lot of thick smoke. Or, the carcinogen produced by burnt food might be left on the BBQ wire mesh and stick onto the next food. Meanwhile, we may have to buy many new meshes for replacement because we are unable to clean it immediately. All these hurt our environment and health as well as the joyous atmosphere we try to make.
