Sanitouch / Escalator Handrail Sterilizer

Sanitouch
Sanitouch

SANITOUCH is an anti-bacterial automatically electronic device for automatically cleaning escalator handrails in public places.

SANITOUCH uses ultra violet light to kill viruses while handrail is rolling pass the devices on the both sides. It helps escalator handrails keep clean when people touch to reduce infactions. There is distance between ultra violet light tube and handrail, so it won’t damage the handrail’s rubber material, and would not directly reach people as well.

This design aims to take a step in the right direction for public sanitation by reducing the amount of bacteria and promoting better public health.
