The biggest difficulty to the residents when facing the dead body is the toxic material, formaldehyde. Especially when opening inside of the cadaver, formaldehyde is highly condensed which is very dangerous. Even there are a lot of masks to protect from the toxic material, most of the trainees give up to wear a mask. Since talking is extremely important when practicing, wearing a mask blocks the conversation. By allowing to open the center part of the mask where the valve for exhaling exist, the resident can easily talk without taking the mask off entirely.
