Rubber snap off / Snap off of Cutter knife

Rubber snap off
Rubber snap off

When we use cutter knives, we sometimes have to break the blade, but most people are afraid to do it because the broken piece of cutter blade can fly off and hurt someone. So we design rubber snap off. In order to prevent broken blades from flying off, we attached rubber on the part that breaks the blade so that the blade is firmly held and prevented from flying in a random direction.
