At it’s simplest, a task light is made up of a light source, the wires delivering power to that light source and the structure that holds it all up. Most lights hide all of the electronics inside of the light’s structure. The integrated conduction of Clarity uses the anodized aluminum structure itself to deliver power to the LED lights in the head. The task light has long arms so that the bulky base is far away from the work area but the light is still delivered right where the user needs it. A wave of the hand under the light triggers the touch sensitive power switch to turn the light on and cycle through 4 brightness settings.
