Generally, one must hold a knife in one hand and hold ingredients on the other hand for cutting. To cut ingredients evenly, both hands must coordinate in close range and move uniformly which causes accidental cuts for those who aren’t used to the motion. Cutting irregular-shaped ingredients or ingredients that naturally inhibits spicy juice or strong smell often causes issues with being cut on everyday basis. This is especially true and intimidating for those with limited range of hand motions or new cooks.
'Safe Cut' solve these problems. This product assists in cutting of food ingredients safely and with ease.
