According to statistics, 78 percent of drowning are caused by rip current. There are more than 100 people died in rip current in the United States every year.
Retriever is an offshore emergency rescue buoy. Retrievers will be set on the sea and detect the flow rate. When Retrievers sense the rip current by flow sensor it will promptly shot rescue ball so that people in danger can grasp and seize the lifesaving suit. On the other hand, lifeguards on the sea shore would be notified in time that whether there are people in dangers and need help. Moreover, the electricity of Retriever was generated by wave power.
