Hemodialysis requires patients to take regular medical treatments in a hospital whereas peritoneal dialysis requires permanent catheters to be installed into patients’ abdomens in advance.Although fewer people choose peritoneal dialysis, it gives patients relatively more freedom, which attracts young patients to choose it. CAPD Helper breaks down the traditional requirement of a private space, the limit of being hung-up, and simplifies the procedure of usage, which offers a whole new way of peritoneal dialysis. Charlie allows patients to easily complete dialysis treatment, and gives younger generation a whole new experience.
