The purpose of these series of posters is to convey that people always stuck themselves with their own thoughts, which make them blind. They cannot perceive reality and broadness of the world. In addition, they have hard time accepting others’ perspectives. However, they’ll find the beauty of the world and get energy if they open their eyes and minds.
As a result, I use a birdcage to present the brains, hearts, and eyes of human beings. The poster shows a great contrast in that the birdcage is the vision of caged-self while the open birdcage is the vision of the happiness of uncaged birds.
