The concept RAUS IN DIE KÜCHE provides a public place - in form of a city kitchen - which enables people to prepare food that they bring to the kitchen. It is about an event that has the goal to active confrontation with the topic of nutrition. Food, different dishes and eating act as means of communication.
This can give public spaces a new use and a unique way of attracting attention.
Finally the concept also attends the idea of sustainability: transferability of knowledge and newly leant skills in form of own reflection, from a public to a private space.
