Tradition is romantic.

The poster is about a public issue. I assume that the brand L'OCCITANE is my client, and the public issue they care much about is local farmer's income. They want to protect the delicacy and warm sensibility of the farming process of local farmers, who are relatively underprivileged minority nowadays. So, one poster is use the image of a boss (metaphor to the big L'OCCITANE company) who propose to a countrywoman (metaphor to local farmers), to say that the traditional farming is romantic. The other is about traditional farming is also quality agriculture, using a lot of technology. Protection also has the positive development meaning.
