Guide Touch

The present navigation system for the blind are mostly voice navigation, though which the blind people could distinguish the safer way to go from a variety of voices and dangerous surroundings. However, the voice device could be unsafe when the blind is exposed in a noisy environment with multi-sources of the voices. Therefore, we designed a navigation technology, which can assist the sense of touch, substituting for hearing, of a blind person through a touchable sensor with a Tactile sticks. The blind person can use finger touch to distinguish directions and through a voice command, he can reach the destination.
