Bamboo sticks are very convenient in night markets, but they increase a lot of waste. The sharpness of the fabrics on the sticks may also hurt the users easily. Therefore, we use edible ingredients and baking method to manufacture the sticks, making it more eco friendly and safer to the users. Flour made from Durum wheat is harder than normal flour. In baking, more sugar and honey will make the cookie tough. These baked cookies are tough enough to replace bamboo sticks. These cookie sticks are easier to decompose, and can even be eaten by people. They can protect the environment; also reduce the chance of hurting the people.
