Air Blade / Knife

Air Blade
Air Blade

When you cut raw food, bacteria tend to stay on traditional cleavers, and when you use it again, the bacteria on the cleaver are very likely to transfer to fresh food. Air blade uses the air pressure of a strong airstream to cut food, which avoid food scraps from sticking on the blade thus prevent the blades from transfering bacteria. It is also accompanied with beehive-structured nano-chopping board, making it work more fluently.
