When dealing with some hard food materials,put on the additional weight part,then the kitchen knife became a cleaver as well.The additional weight part plugs in from a groove on the side of the knife.It combines with the knife perfectly.Saving your labor by adding the weight of knife,which makes your chopping process easier.The front of knife back is thinner,usually be used for chopping some soft food materials.The end of knife back is slightly thicker,usually be used for chopping some hard and firm food materials.After disconnecting the additional weight part,it can still deal with other kinds of food materials.
