When delivering with the ordinary bowl, soup will be absorbed by the noodles. And it will affect the taste seriously.
There is an isolation layer in it, hollowed-out design separates the noodles and the soup perfectly, which make the soup save better.
When the cook finishes the noodles, he can just pour then into the bowl directly. And then pack it up and send out.
When the delivery arrived, you just need to insert the chopsticks into it, broke half of the layer in order to let the noodles fall into the bowl. After the noodles fall down, tear the whole layer and take it out. What you should do for the rest is to enjoy it!
