It's a rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of historic gold mine processing plant.
The 80-year-old structure has been neglected for over 20 years in Taiwan.
My concept is to compare people to gold mines.
People get stress as well as gold mines have impurity.
Several years ago, the function of this building was removing impurities from the gold mines.
I hope people can “experience” this history by staying in this building.
Like removing impurities from the gold mines, people can release stress by visiting here.
So, I try to reuse this historic building as a hot spring hotel.
