Problem:Due the fact that the information on passenger information displays is often visually unclear,
passengers may misunderstand information and experience difficulties finding their trains
or buying tickets. Boarding on the platform may become problematic.
Solution:Using a color-coded conceptual design, whereby colors clearly differentiate between timetables, ticket sales, and carriage numbers, give clear directions and help passengers to smoothly board the right trains to their destinations.
