Rolli-Cone / roll screen shade strap

Rolli-Cone

To lay shade with your roll screen, you may go through some trials and errors dealing with controlling strap. There are no sign on which side of strap makes your screen goes up and down. There are sphere shaped beads on traditional roll screens, allowing users to grasp easily. Simply switching its shape into cone suggests subtle instructions on the direction of the screen. The cone-shaped beads on the strap correspond to the direction whether screen goes up or down. It performs as a signifier letting users to know which way to pull at the first sight.
