Hide-and-wait Zebra Cross / Zebra Crossing

Hide-and-wait Zebra Cross

Pedestrians’ jaywalking is still a common phenomenon nowadays, even if there is an increasing number of traffic accidents related to it. Hide-and-wait zebra crossing reminds people to walk and stop in accordance with the traffic lights. When traffic light turns green, the zebra crossing emerges from both sides to the middle of the road, and it will fade away gradually before the light turns red.Hide-and-wait zebra crossing emphasizes safety of pedestrians as well as social order. The application of psychological suggestion and gamification make it more efficient and acceptable.
