Not all drivers take the initiative in paying attention on the abrasion condition of tread pattern.

There are so many traffic accidents that is due to flat tires in high speed, as the car was moving at a great lick. In addition, the tread pattern depth becomes very shallow cause tires to lose its anti-skidding. It always gives rise to rear-end collisions, and even leads to casualties.

“The Tread Pattern Sensing Device” exploits installing red light laser displacement sensor on wheel arches. It can automatically detect the tread pattern, and make sure its thickness complies with the Chinese National Standards (CNS) in 1.6mm.
