The balloon chair consists of resistance cellulose material as well as hydrogen.At the bottom of the balloon there is a very thin ferromagnetic piece.Installing a piece of ferromagnetic piece taking up large areas on the floor of the interior,the balloon chair owns a leptonema and in order to let the chair absorb on the floor,the balloon chair on the ceiling is supposed to be pulled to the ground while used.When not in use,you can uplift it lightly and then the chair will rise to the ceiling.
