According to our survey of temporary toilets during short-term events, the main problem of using toilet in short-term activities is how to control population density. Our design aims for short-term events such as road running. We redesign the portable toilet module and make it with a small capacity. The new design can provide separate space for both women and men. We set an independent urinal outside the module. Thus, both men and women can effectively use the toilet at the same time. Besides, since the existing door close-open signature is not very clear, we develop an interactive and intuitive switch to solve this problem.
