Most asthma-related hospitalizations are the result of poor asthma control; people forget to take their medicine, and don't track and analyze their usage, triggers, and symptoms. Aspire is a connected asthma control system. It has a beautiful and comfortable product component, and an intuitive digital component, and it all comes together as a holistic way for people with asthma to gain control. The product is a rescue inhaler, control inhaler, and a peak-flow meter, all in one unstigmatized device. With the smartphone app, users can track usage, receive reminders and warnings of poor control, and even locate their device.
