The project is about organic structures that were created with 3D printing technology in combination with textiles. The innovative aspect is the combination of existing 3D printing with different fabrics. It is possible to produce compound materials, in which the 3D print serves as connection. Different models and a concept for possible applications were developed. Many parameters are adaptable, for example size, form, material or function. This special process for material composites generates a lot of application possibilities for wall design, for fashion and especially for the advanced-technologies textile sector.
