Tokuma Japan HQ / Record Label HQ Interior

Tokuma Japan HQ
Tokuma Japan HQ

The proposed EU HQ of J-Pop record label, Tokuma Japan Communications sets out to distribute Japanese music internationally. Until recently, Japanese music has remained almost exclusively in Japan however the West's recent interest is seeing an expansion overseas. The interior architecture & division of spaces was achieved from the examination of the complex choreography of Japanese Techno-pop group, Perfume. Using Kinect software, the dance movements were explored in 3D . The building functions as both the offices of Tokuma and also houses a J-Pop museum open to the public showcasing the latest cutting edge fashion and technology in J-Pop.
