Blind men usually encounter the problem to identify route or object in their daily life. There might not be some person around them to help, but only a tactile sticks to accompany.
The 3rd Eye, a new solution, is a tactile sticks with a camera-eye for blind men, including the technologies of pattern recognition, Braille, and GPS. The pattern recognition helps blind men to identify objects and Braille to tell what the objects are. GPS guides them to find ways where they want to go. The 3rd Eye uses Braille, but not earphone in order to reduce hearing barrier.
