The MICROSPACE Entertainment Center (MEC) is a digital media system that unites all home entertainment electronics (TV, digital video recorder, radio, MP3 player, DVD player, DVD recorder, TV program (EPG), Internet, mailbox, computer and home server) and all digital media in a single device. The MEC features an attractive design and extensive audio and video functions. With the integrated wireless local area network (WLAN), the MEC can be used everywhere in the house. All functions are navigable via remote control on the desktop of the Media Center Edition 2005. The internal 80GB mass storage takes in all AV datas and can be expanded externally as required. Small dimensions (190 x 260 x 88 mm) allow the device to find a space in every shelf and the patented fanless design guarantees a noiseless operation.
