The blowing course rope / public

The blowing course rope

The routine work of sanitation workers is going to the driveway to clean out the garbage on the road, which will probably lead to traffic accidents.
We generate idea from a theory of the forming of Great Pacific Garbage Patch, utilizing the vortex formed by ocean currents to gather marine litter together.
According to this theory, air steam created by course rope can gather garbage together to roadside. Consequently, sanitation workers can clean roads by just standing on the roadside with no need to walk to the driveway, which w reduce accidents.
