You probably don't realize it, but the data stored within the QR codes/barcodes on boarding passes or railway tickets can hold personal information which could bring security risks. The ticket reader provides a way to guard privacy. It works more efficiently by inspecting a ticket and an ID card together. If everything is effective, the code area will be filled with black to protect invisible data. In the meantime an official seal will be printed, which is evident as proof of validation and also a nice memory of the journey. It’s smaller, foldable and space-saving. Besides, slight angles will keep the operator more comfortable.
