One of the main problems in the iron-ore mining process is the waiting time, which occurs due to the lack of consistency in breaking the rocks after loosening them from the ceiling. Missing feedback and clumsy movements of the rock breaker lead to loss of efficiency in the entire process.
The mobile rock crusher MRC 15 is designed to break the rocks with consistent movements, to break each of them down to the required size. A major advantage is the autonomous crushing right after loosening the rocks from the walls, which protects the mine workers from the explosive gases.
