Kayan / Floor lamp

Kayan
Kayan

Inspired by the traditional culture of the long neck tribe, Kayan is a floor lamp design which portrays the beauty of coiling brass coil around the floor lamp.

The rationale for coiling around the stand is to portray the women in the tribe that are enduring a painful custom in preserving their culture and as a status symbol that they are the holy descendant of the Mother Dragon "She".
